Cancellation Policy
KJ Cleaning Services understands that unexpected events can occur, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Here is our cancellation policy:
Notification: We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Fee: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee, typically 50% of the service cost, to cover the reserved time slot and preparation costs.
Case-by-Case Consideration: We assess cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis, recognizing that various unforeseen circumstances can arise. We aim to work with you to find a fair solution in cases of emergency or unexpected situations.
Repeated Cancellations: While we are understanding of occasional needs to cancel, frequent cancellations may require a review of your booking arrangements to ensure efficiency and fairness to all our clients.
